Av den bild som t.ex Alex Jones och Richard C Cook ger (i mitt inlägg 5 mars) kan man få intrycket att bankkartellernas styrande eliter har koll på läget och att t.o.m krisen ingår i deras ritningar och är skapad för att öka deras egen makt och kontroll.  

Matthias Chang har en lite annan synvinkel i en ny artikel där han i tal av George Brown och Barrack Obama tycker sig finna tecken på att det finns motsättningar mellan olika fraktioner av eliterna:

"I take the view that it is inevitable that the members of the ruling elites would go for each other’s throats because those who were given the charge to ensure that the money-machine keeps running have screwed up big time. Someone must answer for the fiasco."

Wow!

Even if you are a skeptic and holds the view that the quotes are mere spin to delude the people, you cannot deny that Prime Minister Brown has let the genie out of the bottle!"

Hoppas att han har rätt. Att de oavsättliga makthavarna som gömmer sig bakom kulisserna är skakade. Men... jag kommer att tänka på Roosevelts tal på 30-talet då han gick till frontalangrepp mot bankirerna:

"These economic royalists complain that we seek to overthrow the institutions of America. What they really complain of is that we seek to take away their power. Our allegiance to American institutions requires the overthrow of this kind of power. In vain they seek to hide behind the flag and the Constitution. In their blindness they forget what the flag and the Constitution stand for. Now, as always, they stand for democracy, not tyranny; for freedom, not subjection; and against a dictatorship by mob rule and the over-privileged alike."

Trots de hårda orden och trots att många insatser gjordes så åtgärdades inte roten till det onda då. Bankernas kontroll över pengautgivningen.
